I googled it and found one on Possum Point Rd in Dumfries, VA. Sounds intelligent to me.

It's not the same church. This one is near our house in WA state.
But anyway, the one you found in VA looks pretty much like every other church startup I've seen. "Relevant" worship (ie., no hymns), "Practical" Teaching (ie., help with your finances, not with your theology), and Giving (um...help with your finances again?). Lots of focus on getting involved with Churchianity as the way to be spiritually fulfilled.
But they're involved in local community service. At least they got that goin' for them.
They need burritos.
Yep, they care about their image so much they're in a strip mall.
Not that there's anything wrong with that, of course.
